Pakistan’s film industry took New York by storm at the first-ever Pakistan Film Festival, held to celebrate and showcase the remarkable revival of local cinema. The two-day festival kicked off with a dazzling red carpet reception at the UN Headquarters in the presence of Pakistani stars, ambassadors accredited to the UN, community members, media and movie buffs.
